Campus Partners

The University District in Columbus encompasses 13 diverse neighborhoods, all connected by their proximity to The Ohio State University (OSU). The mammoth institution is the city’s top employer with more than 28,000 employees. OSU joined with the city of Columbus to create Campus Partners in 1995 to lead the efforts to revitalize the neighborhoods around the school’s main campus, improving the area for students, staff, and the community.

They’re Doing it By:

  • Transforming Ohio State University’s High Street with mixed-use development

  • Bringing retail, offices, apartments and parking to local neighborhoods attracting more investment, businesses, and visitors
