As the area planner and shared service provider, MASCO is making it less complicated for LMA visitors and workers to find the neighborhood and get to where they need to go.

The Buffalo Niagara Medical Campus, Inc. (BNMC Inc.) is a self-sustaining social enterprise successfully combining innovation, job creation, and urban revitalization. It serves as the umbrella organization of the anchor institutions that make up the Buffalo Niagara Medical Campus located within the 120-acre campus bordering Allentown, the Fruit Belt and Downtown.

Uptown Consortium, Inc.

Home to 15% of Cincinnati’s population, anchor institutions that include a major tourist destination, a university, and seven hospitals, the Uptown district is a combination of seven Cincinnati neighborhoods: Avondale, Clifton, Corryville and Clifton Heights, University Heights, Fairview (known as CUF) and Mt. Auburn. This culturally and economically diverse district has thrived in part from the work of the Uptown Consortium, established in 2005.

The mammoth institution is the city’s top employer with more than 28,000 employees. OSU joined with the city of Columbus to create Campus Partners in 1995 to lead the efforts to revitalize the neighborhoods around OSU’s main campus, improving the area for students, staff, and the community.

Main South Community Development Corporation

Worcester, MA

In 1986, the Main South Community Development Corporation (MSCDC) was established to help address neighborhood concerns about increased crime, lack of affordable housing, and economic development. Anchored by Clark University, the historic research university, MSCDC has been working to improve the Main South neighborhood, only about a mile from downtown Worcester.

Worcester Business Development Corporation

Worcester, MA

Worcester Business Development Corporation is a non-profit business organization whose mission is to rebuild and revitalize the city of Worcester. The difference from other, similar plans was that this plan included working with businesses in the surrounding area of Worcester to create new jobs and try to expand the tax base.
